		<description>Thanks, Ronnie. Yeah, the notebook idea is a bit left field, but it works. I came up with the seeds of it a few years ago when I was out of work and living on a shoestring - it&#039;s a really cheap way of doing the job, but it works! The benefits only became really aparrant when I could afford alternatives - and couldn&#039;t really find a better way of doing it.</description>
