		<description>I like New Year resolutions because it&#039;s an easy system to maintain. 

* The start and end period is obvious. If I made my goal review and renewal date May 13, I&#039;d struggle more to remember and build-up to that date.

* There are a number of holidays at this time. This makes it a consistently great time to reflect.

* I&#039;m around friends and family, and so am more likely to make balanced goals than when I&#039;m in the mid-year grind.</description>
