A brief explanatory postscript: as much as possible, It's my practice (and our policy, here at Campaign Mastery) to post all parts of a multipart blog post at the same time. But this 2200+ word post has taken more than 6 hours to upload and edit the text and the pictures and the links, the next part is bigger again, and the one after that is nearly twice this size. There's just so much work involved in posting them that the next part will HAVE to wait. And, since I have posts on a couple of other subjects to be published this month, and I didn't want to make too many blogs in a row all be about the same subject, I decided that the only practical solution (in this particular case) was to postpone the next post on the subject, even though the text is written and ready to go, the cover graphics are downloaded and ready to go, and the links have been researched and are ready to go. Final assembly just takes too long to do them all at once.
