		<description>This was something we used to have a problem with, because our gaming day alternated between Wednesday and Sunday, and there was always at least one player that had to call to find out when we were gaming.

I like the idea of a standard method for communicating reminders and organizing play.  I would even consider including a little adventure teaser in the email, so help get players excited to play again.
